Application Steps

1. Download the application and save it under your name (e.g., “John Smith application.pdf”
2. Complete the application.
3. Include two letters of recommendation and an essay (topic described in the application).
4. Email all four items (application, letters of recommendation and essay) to sc*********@***********ts.org.

Note that if not all of these requirements are included, the application may not be considered.
